THE BRIEF

Porterbrook needed a clear, immersive way to present the upgraded Railway Innovation Centre to stakeholders who could not always visit the site in person.

The objective was to accurately showcase the scale, infrastructure, and operational value of the test track, while reinforcing Porterbrook’s commitment to innovation and future rail technology.

THE SOLUTION

We created a high-fidelity VR experience that digitally recreates the Railway Innovation Centre.

Users travel the full test track from inside the train cab, with targeted visual call-outs highlighting key infrastructure such as signalling, junctions, and power systems. Built in Unreal Engine, the experience provides Porterbrook with a portable, repeatable tool for exhibitions, client meetings, and stakeholder engagement—clearly communicating the value of the facility without the need for a physical site visit.
