THE BRIEF

Working with the Mark Stephen Agency, Essence required a hybrid approach to the long-standing Festival of Culture event held in New Orleans. A metaverse world was needed to allow Essence’s fan base to experience Essence Festival of Culture virtually. Opening the Essence brand to the entire world. 

THE SOLUTION

Working closely with Mark Stephen agency, we developed a metaverse experience that closely connected with the event that was going on in the real world. Re-enacting a virtual version of downtown New Orleans, we were able to bring the feel and emotion of been at the festival, from the comfort of your own homeShowcasing brands from Coca-Cola, AT&T, Ford & Target. We were able to bring to life a range of interactive elements within the world, AR Filters, interactive billboards & shoppable experiences.
